WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The inaugural Wilmington Vegan Chef Challenge is set to kick off on August 1 for the whole month, per the organizers.

Local chefs will be competing for votes with creative plant-based menu options.

On the challenge’s website, you will be able to find a list of participating restaurants and menu items and vote for your favorites.

You can sign up to participate in the challenge as a chef on the website as well.
