WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington Police Department has announced that it is looking for 16-year-old Lucas Daylon Casteen.

Per the WPD, Casteen is a runaway juvenile who was last seen riding an e-bike on Hunting Ridge Road. He did not take the charger for the bike with him.

At the time, he was wearing a dark shirt, dark pants and shoes. He was also carrying a change of clothes inside a bag.

Police describe Casteen as being 5′10″ tall, weighing 140 pounds and having blue eyes with brown hair.
