WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Crews responded to a crash at the intersection of 17th and Wooster streets just before 8 a.m. Sunday, July 28, according to the Wilmington Fire Department.

When firefighters arrived they found one person stuck in a car.

“Firefighters performed an extrication to free a patient from inside. Thankfully, there were only minor injuries,” the release states.
