PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – An emergency water main break took place on Brisbane Drive near Avendale Drive in Pender Co. Tuesday afternoon, per a county announcement.

“Residents along this street will have no water pressure while repairs are underway, and water is expected to be off for the next 6-8 hours. After repairs are complete and water is restored, customers will be under a precautionary boil water advisory for the next 48 hours. Approximately 25 customers are affected by this outage,” the announcement states.
