PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A tornado formed just after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, near the Pender and Sampson county lines, according to the National Weather Service.
Video, which can be viewed at the top of this story, shared by the NWS shows the tornado as seen from Harrells.
