CHARLESTON, S.C. (WECT) – The UNCW men’s basketball team defeated the College of Charleston 80-74 on the road Thursday, completing a home-and-home sweep of the Cougars.

Trazarien White scored 25 points and recorded nine rebounds, helping the Seahawks overcome the defending Coastal Athletic Association champions.

UNCW improved to 15-6 overall and 6-3 in the CAA, while the Cougars fell to 15-7 overall and 6-3 in the league.
