BOILING SPRING LAKES, N.C. (WECT) – Three lakes in Boiling Spring Lakes are closed Wednesday due to high levels of bacteria, according to the city.

Spring, Tate and Mirror lakes have been closed until further notice after the results of the latest monthly testing indicated the high bacteria concentration.
