SURF CITY, N.C. (WECT) – Surf City police have located a pet monkey that went missing in the Canal Street area.

“Thank you Pender County Animal Control for your assistance in the successful capture and reunification of the monkey with his owner!” Surf City Police Department wrote on their Facebook page.
