CHARLOTTE — The Panthers were down to four names on the injury report Thursday, though that wasn’t necessarily good news.
Cornerback CJ Henderson (knee) was limited for the second straight day.
Henderson dressed for last week’s game in New Orleans but didn’t play, as they only planned to use him in case of emergency.
Defensive tackle Derrick Brown (elbow) was added to the report Thursday, as a limited participant in practice.
Panthers head coach Matt Rhule said they’re trying to give Anderson the best chance to be available Sunday, so tomorrow’s report will give a clearer idea of his status.
