CASTLE HAYNE, N.C. (WECT) – Information sessions on PFAS and firefighting will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, at the Cape Fear Community College North Campus Lecture Hall.

The sessions will include an introduction to PFAS, PFAS and personal protective equipment, PFAS exposure in firefighters, the performance of fluorine-free foams and more.
