WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – This edition of Pet of the Week is highlighting four kittens in a litter recovered from a feral colony.
Faith with Feline Matchmakers visited the WECT studio for Carolina in the Morning on July 19.
Ziti is the girl of the litter, and Ravioli, Rigatoni and Lasagna are all boys. Although their mother is feral, Faith says they are young enough that they can train them.
“If we can get ‘em young enough, we can socialize them really quickly,” Faith said.
They will be at the Feline Matchmakers adoption event at the Mayfaire PetSmart from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.
Feline Matchmakers does not let people adopt kittens alone, instead favoring having people adopt them in pairs or adopting them to a home that already has a cat.
