PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The Pender County Board of Education unanimously voted Wednesday to move to Plan A for all students starting on April 6.
In-person instruction will take place four days a week. Students will continue remote instruction on Wednesdays.
All students have the opportunity to return to in-person learning on April 6. Any students who choose to continue virtual instruction after April 6 must remain virtual until the end of the current school year.
Current online learners should receive a form to determine their intentions for the remainder of the school year. This form must be returned by the end of the day on Sunday, March 21.
Any current in-person learners who wish to transition to online learning should contact their school immediately.
