WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The city of Wilmington says a portion of North Front Street between Chestnut and Grace streets is expected to be closed beginning Tuesday, May 26.

The closure is expected to start at 9 a.m. and will last until around 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29.

City officials say a crane will be working in that area throughout the week to lift several mobile communication antennas, cabinets, and other materials to the roof of the Murchison Building downtown.
