BLADEN COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office responded to a “domestic situation and suicide” incident at a home outside of Elizabethtown Monday morning.
A heavy law enforcement presence has been at the home in the 4400 block of U.S. 701 for most of the morning.
Officers at the scene have declined to provide any updates, however, the sheriff’s office issued a news release just after noon and said authorities will hold a press conference about the incident at 2 p.m.
