Construction has begun on Brunswick County’s second Chick-fil-A

BRUNSWICK, N.C. (WECT) – For Brunswick County residents looking to eat more chicken, their wish will soon be granted. Construction has begun on the new Chick-fil-A restaurant coming to Shallotte.
Crews were spotted working on the building’s foundation Thursday for the Chick-fil-A that is coming to a location just off Ocean Highway West.
The restaurant’s Facebook page says Brunswick County’s second location should open sometime this year.
