Columbus County schools move to virtual learning after holidays

COLUMBUS COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – All Columbus County students in grades K-12 and Pre-K will receive virtual instruction in the new year from January 5th – January 15th, according to a tweet by Columbus County Schools Wednesday, December 30.
January 4th is a teacher work day, January 18th is the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Schools will communicate with families to address any needs and answer questions.
Columbus County Schools will be changing to ALL VIRTUAL Instruction for ALL STUDENTS grades PK-12 for January 5th -January 15th. Note January 4th is a teacher workday.
