WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority says westbound traffic in the 1900 block of Oleander Drive will be temporarily shifted to a single lane Thursday morning as crews complete emergency water main repairs.
The traffic shift will begin at 9 a.m. in front of the Oleander Plaza shopping center. Eastbound traffic will not be affected.
Officials expect the traffic shift to last for about six hours until repairs can be completed.
