ELIZABETHTOWN, N.C. (WECT) – Power has been restored to several southeastern NC communities following outages Thursday morning, Aug. 8.

According to Duke Energy, as of about noon, 77 customers are without power in New Hanover County.

In Bladen County, Four County Electric Membership Corporation reports that 78 people are without power.
