BRUNSWICK COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – NC State Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a hit-and-run collision involving a pedestrian that took place early in the morning on Sunday, Aug. 11, near Leland.
Per a SHP representative, the crash took place at about 3:24 a.m. on N.C. 87 a tenth of a mile north from N.C. 133.
The representative said they could not reveal any details surrounding the criminal investigation at this time.
