A terrifying fire broke out on a Boston train going over a bridge. Flames and smoke poured from the train with 200 riders during the morning rush hour. To escape, passengers smashed the windows and walked along the tracks. One woman jumped into the Mystic River to escape the flames. She was later rescued by crews and brought to safety. The blaze apparently started after a piece of metal from the train dislodged, making contact with the electrified third rail.
