New surveillance video of the moments before a 6-year-old Connecticut boy was severely burned was released. The family of Dominick Krankall says the alleged bully poured gasoline over a ball, lit it, and then threw it right at his face. However, the just-released footage shows the 6-year-old’s burns may not have been caused by the neighborhood bully, as his family had claimed.
