The two elderly Wisconsin tourists killed after lightning struck near the nation’s capital have been identified as 76-year-old James Mueller and his 75-year-old wife, Donna Mueller. It’s believed they were hiding from the storm under a tree when lightning struck. Massive lighting bolts were seen striking a tree in Lafayette Square. Two other people were rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries sustained in the weather.
