The New York City Police Department says a pair of thieves on a fast-moving moped decided it was a good idea to steal a woman’s purse as she walked down the street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. What they didn’t factor in is security camera footage catching them in the act. Now the search is on for the duo who almost dragged a woman while trying to steal her property.
