Sara Brown is lucky to be alive. The Colorado resident was walking her dog with her daughter when she fell into a manhole. The entire incident was caught on a surveillance camera. Afterward, she had to go to the emergency room to get her injuries treated. “I actually had pieces of the inside of the sewer in my leg,” Sara said. “I don’t know what it was, but it was just gross.” She spoke with Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall about what happened.
