WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Good Shepherd Center is inviting the community to its first ever Good Neighbors Gathering set for Saturday, Sept. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m.
The event will be held at Azalea Station and feature food, drinks, live music, an auction and more, all in an effort to raise money for the center.
“All proceeds from the Good Neighbors Gathering will specifically support Good Shepherd’s rehousing programs that returned 206 adults and children experiencing homelessness back to safe, stable, permanent housing in the last year,” a Good Shepherd Center announcement states.
