The surf will stay around 78-79 and carries a moderate risk of rip currents.

As for the tropics, invest 90L continues to churn off the east coast of the United States and an unnamed disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico holds medium development odds over the next seven days. Both systems pose no direct threat to the Carolinas.
