WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A downed tree is blocking part of Orange Street near its intersections with S 7th Street in Wilmington Tuesday morning, June 25.

According to a Wilmington Fire Department crewmember on scene, the city tree removal service will be out to clear the tree.

Severe weather rolled through parts of southeastern North Carolina Monday evening.
