WHITEVILLE, N.C. (WECT) – Residents can pick up free food for their families this week at the Columbus County Health Department.

Columbus County staff are inviting the community to a free food drive on Dec. 4 at 11 a.m.

The public can also connect with the health department staff and meet other community members.

No registration is required.

“We look forward to seeing you there and sharing resources that support a healthy community,” Columbus County Health Department staff wrote on its Facebook page.
