COLUMBUS COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Columbus County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Feleshia Ann Goodman on Wednesday, Aug. 7, in connection to a shooting in Loris, SC, earlier that day.

Per the CCSO, the Loris Police Department had put out a notice to look out for her vehicle. CCSO detectives found her and the vehicle and arrested her while assessing road conditions due to Tropical Storm Debby.

She was taken to the county jail and charged with a warrant for extradition/fugitive from another state. She is being held under a $2 million bond.

“The quick coordination between our team and the Loris Police Department was crucial in ensuring that this suspect was apprehended quickly and safely. Our narcotics detectives’ ability to adapt during the storm and focus on public safety demonstrates the dedication and professionalism of our department,’ said Sheriff Bill Rogers.
