CAROLINA SHORES, N.C. (WECT) – The Carolina Shores Board of Commissioners on June 10 approved a Walmart set to be built along U.S. 17 West between Shingletree Road NW and north of Calabash Road NW.
The plans were approved following a recommendation from the town’s planning board.
The nearest Walmart locations to the new one are in North Myrtle Beach and Shallotte.
