CHADBOURN, N.C. (WECT) – Town of Chadbourn officials are issuing a boil water advisory until further notice.

Customers have been experiencing periods of low pressure and outages after a water main break.

Discolored water from changes in flow direction and system flushing is expected to occur over the next 2-3 days.

Customers are advised to boil all water used for human consumption vigorously for 1 minute and conserve water whenever possible.
