BLADEN COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A Bladenboro man is in custody on charges stemming from selling illegal narcotics from a home, according to the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office.

Per the BCSO, 47-year-old Bryna Brady was arrested on Wednesday, July 3.

“On July 3rd, 2024, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant in the Bladenboro area. The search warrant was in reference to a narcotic investigation where controlled substances were being sold from a residence. Upon searching the residence quantities of cocaine, marijuana and prescription medication were seized, along with firearms and US currency,” the sheriff’s office states.

Brady was arrested on an outstanding warrant for the sell/delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, and was also charged with:

  • Possession with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine
  • Possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance
  • Felony possession of cocaine
  • Felony possession of marijuana
  • Trafficking opium/heroin
  • Maintaining a dwelling for the sell of controlled substances
