WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Exchange Barbershop and Lounge will host its 2nd Annual Kids Cut-A-Thon this December.

The event will offer free haircuts for kids aged 4 to 17 and free Child ID from the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.

Families will also have the opportunity to get pictures with Santa.

“This is a first-come, first-served event aimed at helping kids head into the holidays looking sharp and feeling confident. Parents are encouraged to arrive early, as spots are limited,” wrote organizers.

The cut-a-thon is scheduled for Dec. 18 from 5-7 p.m. at 104 Grace St.
