LUMBERTON, N.C. (WMBF) – Two people have been arrested while another person is wanted for an armed robbery that happened in Lumberton.
Lumberton Police Department said the incident happened June 20 on Lee Circle.
Investigators on Friday executed a search warrant at an apartment on Meadowview Road. During the search, investigators found property stolen during the robbery and a firearm.
Danielle Hammonds, 40, and John McNeill Jr., 24 were arrested and each charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, second-degree kidnapping, obtaining property under false pretense, attempting to obtain property under false pretense and felony conspiracy.
Investigators are still attempting to locate 19-year-old Jacodi Walters. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Blake Harrell at 910.671.3845.
Hammonds and McNeill are in the Robeson County Detention Center with no bond.
