CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – A golf cart and car crashed in Carolina Beach Thursday night, July 25.
Per the Carolina Beach Police Department, the 15-year-old golf car driver was seriously injured but was not fatally injured.
The driver was determined to be at fault, pulling out in front of the car near the intersection of Spartanburg Avenue and Lake Park Boulevard.
